I have worked with multi-cultural, multi-lingual individuals and am sensitive to the dynamics of adaptation and identity issues.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is vital to the therapeutic process. Confidentiality is both an ethical standard and a legal mandate for psychotherapists. Except for a number of specific situations which I explain when I work – psychotherapists are required by law to keep psychotherapy confidential. Even the fact of psychotherapy is confidential.

Sessions

I offer counselling-psychotherapy sessions for individuals, (child and adult) and couples.  My training and interests have enabled me to develop my practice of psychotherapy in the following areas:

  • Problems linked to childhood and adolescence
  • Separation and attachment
  • Relationship issues
  • Depression
  • Problems related to accompaniment of psychosis or mental illness
  • Mood problems (bipolarity, depression)

  • Problems related to impulse control (automutilations, kleptomania, stress, OCD, burn-out, ‘acting out’)
  • Pre-natal psychology
  • Post-partum depression
  • Psychotraumatic aftermath (accident, aggression, moral or sexual harassment)
